IEPCO

Project Development & Delivery

From procurement to project delivery

Beyond materials supply, IEPCO originates, structures, and leads infrastructure projects as a developer and principal. As the region’s energy sector reopens, the firm also serves as the established, compliant partner for international operators, EPC contractors, and equipment manufacturers entering or expanding across Latin America and the Caribbean. It assembles engineering, construction management, procurement, and capital through vetted partners and joint ventures, and welcomes co-development of large-scale energy, water, and industrial mandates.

01

Project Origination & Development

IEPCO identifies, structures, and develops infrastructure opportunities in its core markets, acting as developer and principal rather than vendor alone. Decades of regional knowledge of owners, regulators, and financing frameworks inform the formation of bankable projects.

02

Joint Ventures & Co-Development

The firm partners with engineering houses, constructors, and capital providers to deliver at scale, and is open to joint-venture and co-development structures with international operators and contractors entering or expanding in the region.

03

Market Entry & Procurement

For international operators, EPC contractors, and equipment manufacturers entering or expanding in the region, IEPCO provides a U.S.-domiciled, compliant partner for market entry, equipment sourcing, procurement, logistics, and in-country project execution.

04

Integrated Procurement & Logistics

At its core, IEPCO sources engineered materials from qualified United States and international manufacturers and delivers them CFR or CIF to the project port, structured to each project’s specification, cost, and origin-of-goods requirements.

05

Engineering & Construction Management

Engineering and construction management are coordinated through qualified partners, with IEPCO leading integration, quality assurance, document control, and the owner interface across the delivery lifecycle.
